[WHY CAISA]
Hi, I’m Gemma.
I’ve spent 10+ years at the intersection of brand, content and commerce. Most recently building live commerce at eBay, from the ground up.
Before that, I spent a decade working across DTC, marketplaces, and multi-channel commerce, embedded with founder-led brands and enterprise businesses, helping them find clarity in how they grow.
My work sits across three things most businesses treat separately: brand strategy, content systems and commerce growth. I’ve spent years studying the psychology behind how customers actually discover, trust and buy, and I believe commerce at its best is an experience, not a transaction. My focus is helping brands design around that reality.
I’m usually brought in when growth feels more complicated than it should. My role is to bring clarity to that.
